- **Event Description**: There are 4 spaces left on my yoga retreat this November (sharing only, private rooms went very quickly!). 
This is a 3 night yoga retreat at a beautiful mountain retreat centre with breath taking views, a swimming pool and two hot tubs. The local beach is 2 miles away. Included in the package includes delicious Moroccan cuisine (breakfast and dinner) and expert yoga instruction by myself. The exchange is £275 per person (not including flights).
Here is our daily schedule:
7.30am Yoga, pranayama and meditation
9.30am Breakfast
10.30-1.40pm Free time to explore the area
4.30pm Asana spotlight (workshop on specific postures) followed by Yin yoga
6.30pm Dinner
8pm Yoga Nidra

​The retreat officially begins at 4pm for the welcoming circle on Thursday 12th. The retreat finishes after breakfast on Sunday 15th November.
The price  of £275 does not include the flights which are available direct from Bristol, Birmingham or London. It doesn't include airport transfers either, the cost of which is around £30 for a taxi ride to the retreat centre.
This will be a deep dive into the essence of yoga and my regular students can expect a much more expansive exploration then what is offered in my weekly classes. This is both an opportunity to take your practice to the next level and relax in the Winter sun!
